Nacho is on month 11 of his Iraqi Freedom Tour, and wants to thank eveyone for their support. There is a bar in NYC and Las Vegas called double down saloon. They have started proceedings to take the Double Down Bar domain name and have the bars name changed. They have been told that nacho is protected under the soldiers and sailors act but they are still contacting us. Thus far their lawyers have sent us a letter telling us they want our domain name disabled and want it to be transfered to them, as well as not wanitng Double Down Bar not to advertise with out a disclaimer because they think it will confuse their customers in NYC and Las Vegas with small town Plattsmouth.
If the website stays up we could be sued for udrp or cybersquating action. Nacho has contacted his depoyed JAG officers and we will keep you up to date on the progress. Thank you for your contiued support with the bar. Nacho has missed his two girls birthdays, Independance Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years but he knows this is what he does and will gladly do it again when called upon. He has said many times before that he is an American fighting man, serving in the forces that gaurd our country and protect our way of life.

We are a sports bar, so if you're looking for a particular sporting event, give us a call to find out if we have it or can get it! Some upcoming events include boxing matches. We have 13 TVs, including one outside in the beer garden, and a new 6 foot by 8 foot big screen!! Come on out to watch your favorite team, and get ready to party
